We are returning customers, and although the set up this year is different it is still excellent, a simpler and more convenient system. All the staff are fantastic, really helpful and friendly. We were offered good value for student storage over Summer, convenient for Lincoln University, about 10 mins drive from our student accommodation. We would highly recommend.

Great personal service although a couple of glitches with the app not letting me enter.
We went into the reception to make enquiries about using self storage and was greeted by Jack who was very helpful, he kindly took us around the site and we decided to reserve a unit and then go back when we were back from holiday. We returned to the site and was dealt with by Jessica the manager of the store who was very friendly and explained everything clearly to us and we are very pleased with the level of customer service we received both from Jack & Jessica and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sure Store Bury.
